Monetta is provided by NORTFEST COMERCIAL LTDA (trading as Nortfest), CNPJ 47.716.524/0001-47, R. Jacob Batista Uliano, 1511, Sala 02, Centro, Braço do Norte/SC, CEP 88750-000, Brazil. By using Monetta you are contracting with Nortfest Comercial Ltda.
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you use the service.
Monetta helps you organise personal income and expenses and calculate costs, selling prices and profit for products, based on the values you enter. It includes an assistant that uses artificial intelligence to interpret spoken or written sentences and suggest entries, which are saved only after you confirm them.
Results are estimates to support your decisions and are not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. Assistant output may be inaccurate: check values before confirming. You are responsible for the information you enter, for having the right to submit it, and for the decisions you make.
Keep your login credentials confidential and your information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The software, documentation, the Monetta brand and all service materials belong to Nortfest Comercial Ltda. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your plan. The data you enter remains yours; we only process it to provide the service.
Monetta offers a Free plan and paid monthly plans (Pro and Business), with prices shown on our homepage and Plans page. New accounts may receive a free trial of Pro features.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time in Plans → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. See also our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; your data is then deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 6 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under Brazilian consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Braço do Norte/SC have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's place of residence.
